Edmonton’s own Pro Coro Canada was founded in 1981 and is one of only a few professional choirs in Canada. Under the direction of Michael Zaugg, the choir is widely recognized as one of this country’s finest. |

DARK LIKE ME
Having vocal music and poetry from different cultures influencing and shaping our sound is an exciting process. The collaboration with our guests from Georgia is something unheard of, the music evoking far-away countries and traditions. A cappella works by Thierry Machuel (Dark Like Me), Juris Karlsons and Jan Sandström create soundscapes that let old and new worlds collide.
